The problem is that there are a lot of food waste from the dining hall in California Lutheran University. They have gotten $5000 to build a composter and a structure that will protect the compost from the sun, rain, and creatures. They will sort out types of food in to piles, and have 100 pounds of worms to make the waster into compost. All this has solved how we can get rid of food waster while making it into something better, like either selling it, donating it, or using it.
